2.4.3 Update - Bug fixes and NPM package updates

- Temporarily disabled ./autoreply command
- User tag 0 is no longer displayed if the user no longer has a user discriminator tag

- Fixed issue that #0 tag is still displayed for some users
This was because the package version has not been updated (because I forgot to do so), so the update is not very meaningful.
