Updated Go from 1.25.0 to 1.25.3 and Atlas from 0.36.0 to 0.38.0 across all components. Changes include: - Updated go.mod with Go 1.25.3 - Updated all Dockerfiles with new Go image digest - Updated GitHub Actions workflows with Go 1.25.3 - Updated CLAUDE.md documentation - Updated Atlas Docker image in Dockerfile.migrations - Updated Atlas CLI version in common.mk for make init - Enhanced upgrading-golang skill to include Atlas upgrade instructions Signed-off-by: Miguel Martinez <miguel@chainloop.dev>
