Versioning the DDS Template

Add a version to the DDS template we're using to determine if the various code modules support it. For example, if we update the DDS model (the schema) or how we load it (how we use the model), how do the generators (e.g., define_generator.py) know if they support that version. This could apply to generators as well if the schema has changed.

There's a check in place to make sure the define.json file created is compliant against the model. Is that enough?

Is there a version of the DDS schema available? This would enable loaders and generators to check the version to determine if the application is known to support the version of the DDS model being processed. This is similar to checking a Define-XML to see if it's v2.0 or v2.1.

There's none at the moment but version field is a standard slot on the SchemaDefinition element in LinkML.

Is there a link between the DDS and its schema so we know which schema to reference? If we have software that supports multiple DDS model versions, can we tell which model/schema version a DDS instance uses?
