- Make sure Internet Explorer is quit entirely.
- Extract the script from the attached ZIP file
- Double click on “IEProcFix.reg”
- Click “Yes” when prompted to allow Registry Editor to make changes
- Click “Yes” to the prompt about adding information to the registry
- Click “OK” on the dialog that says the keys and values have been successfully added
