Use vitepress 2 and vite 8.
npm run docs:devandnpm run buildin this repo work, but there are still some styling issues, particularly no line breaks in code blocks.Other notes:
vitepress 2 has rolldown support, but still includes vite 7 by default. So an override is necessary to actually use vite 8.
There's still some esbuild config in there, so a warning is given even if most esbuild config is translated automatically.
