TODO: update docs to include that mTLS must be used with malware scanner
Depending on the order of merging between this PR and the documentation PR (#250) we need to add in some information that the malware scanner uses mTLS now:
"The malware scanner supports mTLS authentication which requires an annual renewal of the certificate. Previously, basic authentication was used which has now been deprecated."
