docs(readme): sync listed skills with repo

Summary

• add the missing autobrowse, company-research, and event-prospecting entries to the skills table
• remove site-debugger and bb-usage, which are no longer present in the repository
• keep every README skill link aligned with an existing skills/*/SKILL.md file

• verified each README skill link resolves to a real file in the repository
