Temporal: add workflow.Info.original_execution_run_id to workflow span metadata #868

temporalio 1.34.0 added workflow.Info.original_execution_run_id, which stays the same across workflow resets.

Proposal

• In BraintrustWorkflowInboundInterceptor.execute_workflow (py/src/braintrust/integrations/temporal/plugin.py), add original_execution_run_id to the workflow span metadata when the attribute exists (older pins 1.19.0 / 1.20.0 don't have it).
• Keep _workflow_span_ids keyed on run_id.
• Extend the existing temporal tests to assert the field on 1.34.0+.
