• Agreed to start with the use case diagram as the primary focus.
• Decided to create a dedicated GitHub issue for the iterative development of the use case diagram, where comments and notes can be collected.
• Addressed the need to complete missing mockups for various scenarios.

• GitHub Issue: Create an issue for the iterative development of the use case diagram, including spaces for comments and note collection.
• Mockups: Team members with written scenarios but missing mockups are to complete these by Sunday.
