Decision on which project to select & work on Decision on who will work on which areas (FrontEnd, BackEnd or mobile)

Discussion Items:

• Deciding on which project to choose
• Will delegate members to general task fields according to their prior experiences & preferences
• Tried to select between projects #1, #5, #8, and #10 which seem to be highly convenient for most of the team members
• Choose a project and perform a requirement analysis

Action Items:

• Decide which team members want to / are experienced to work on which area (FrontEnd, BackEnd, or mobile)
• Toprak Temir will make a poll on the first issue

Summary & Notes:

• Projects #1, #5, and #10 are appearing to be good fits.

• Especially #10.

• #5 is also a best fit, but we are worried because many teams are preferring it too.

  • Because they are:
    • Easy to implement
    • Not heavy in Frontend & Backend
    • Easy to find tutorials about
