setup-util: close #276 and other improvements

- `__check_$installer` now implemented to prevent noisey installations
- mas now uninstalls again, as its bug was fixed: mas-cli/mas#313
- exit status 76 is now returned if an installation method, seemingly always uninstall was not implemented or not supported
