Part of my ongoing code cleanup effort for Armenian letters.
Basically, ever since #2574 , these letters no longer make sense to be in
hook-group.ptlas they're the only ones to usenShoulderanduBowlwhereas the rest use their ownRightHookandLeftHookshapes.
