Use a more sophisticated variant for Cyrillic Lower Ef under Quasi-Proportional. #2286

Basically the ring/bowl is split under Quasi-proportional to better make use of the large amount of negative space towards the middle, similarly to the font's usage of at=fourfold or eszet=longs-s-lig etc. under Quasi-proportional, separately from the more simplistic variants used under monospace.

This is also in line with other proportional fonts, including those with monospace variants as well.

Note that the screenshots below also make use of additional [number]-per-em space characters in the top part (behind the scenes on my end, separately from the given plain-text sample), just to line up the characters better for presentation:
