Replaced the outdated AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules PDF link with the new, correct link: https://www.adr.org/rules-forms-and-fees/fetch?Category=Consumer in the slip-of-fate.md file, ensuring users are directed to the latest version of the rules as provided by the American Arbitration Association.
