Description of changes:
I am adding the pe-fund-redemption POC to this repo with detailed steps on how to reproduce the entire application. This includes running in production with a front end, back end in AgentCore, and connected to MCP servers (also created as part of this package).
Changed .gitignore to exclude all node_module folders.
