new: EKS Workshop Kubernetes basics content

What this PR does / why we need it:

Core structure in the Introduction module is updated for better user flow and to support Kubernetes basics labs.

Following labs are added:

1. Getting Started
2. Namespaces
3. Pods
4. Workload Management - Deployments
5. Workload Management - Statefulsets
6. Workload Management - DaemonSets
7. Workload Management - Jobs
8. Services
9. Configuration - ConfigMaps
10. Configuration - Secrets

reset-environment script is updated to support basics labs

Which issue(s) this PR fixes:

Fixes #1527
