feat(docs): Add no light details to the liveness component docs

Description of changes

These are the docs changes for the no light challenge for the Android/Swift platforms. This is a follow up from [this PR](https://github.com/aws-amplify/amplify-ui/pull/5300/files) which added the contents for JS and described the no light challenge for all platforms.

Note: This can't be merged until Amplify Android has been released so we can update the library version in the documentation.
