Add --help option with usage information

It's frustrating that the binary doesn't display any help information, we have to check the repository every time we forget how to use it.

• This PR adds a --help option to skhd that displays usage information
• Long option only: Used --help without a short -h option to avoid conflicts with existing -h for --no-hotload
