Added Day 1 to Day 4 Python Solutions #7

This pull request includes solutions for Day 1 to Day 4 of the 100 Days of Python challenge.

Changes made:

Added Python files for each day
Each file contains working code for the respective day's task
Code has been tested and runs without any errors

Let me know if any changes are needed.

i made the code shorter

i used value based loop approach

i used formula

I used nested if function inside for loop

the output format is in string without gap

used if else function

for loop is necessary
