「陽明文庫所蔵史料における料紙構成物の分析：統計ソフトウェアRを用いた可視化の試み」『古代文化』補足資料

　料紙研究の公開⽣と透明性、データへのアクセシビリティの向上は重要である。本稿では、分析結果に対する再検証を可能にするため、各図版に使⽤した表、顕微鏡撮影画像と撮影箇所の情報、および料紙に含有されたデンプン粒や細胞組織、繊維の解析に⽤いた関連データを個々に公開する。顕微鏡撮影画像はいずれも改変を⾏っていないオリジナルのデータであり、画像のダウンロード後に拡⼤・縮⼩での検証が可能である。またデンプン粒や細胞組織、繊維の解析では、透明性の⾼いソフトウェア環境Rを⽤いて、分析データの分布や構造の可視化を実施しした。なお、これらのデータの著作権はすべて著者らに帰属している（CC BY-NC-ND 4.0）。

For transparency in our research project, we uploaded here to show our tables, microscopic images and shooting information, and related codes to statistic analyses of starch grains, tissue and fibre fragments in surveyed historical materials. Microscopis images are the original data withiout any changes, and anyone is enable to download them and to see the details. In statistic analyses of starch grains and others, distribution and structures of all data were visualised through R/RStudio.
