- Add giturl parameter to use the current repository - Add gitref parameter to use the current commit SHA - Ensures PR tests run against the PR branch, not the base repository
- Use pull_request.head.sha instead of github.sha to avoid merge commits - Use pull_request.head.repo.clone_url for the correct repository - Fallback to github.sha and repository for non-PR contexts
