This pull request updates the installation instructions in the README.md to provide clearer and more detailed guidance for users installing and managing PHP with asdf. The new instructions include both plugin installation and common usage commands.

Documentation improvements:

  • Added step-by-step instructions for installing the php plugin with asdf, including both initial installation and updating an existing plugin.
  • Included examples for listing available PHP versions, installing specific or latest versions, and setting a global version using asdf.

- Add giturl parameter to use the current repository
- Add gitref parameter to use the current commit SHA
- Ensures PR tests run against the PR branch, not the base repository
- Use pull_request.head.sha instead of github.sha to avoid merge commits
- Use pull_request.head.repo.clone_url for the correct repository
- Fallback to github.sha and repository for non-PR contexts
