Add the python-evdev package

Hello,

Python-evdev provides Python bindings to the Linux input handling subsystem. I think it would make a nice addition to the Yun package feed, as it makes it really easy to interact with input devices from Python (which, afaik, is part of the Yun standard install).

I was kindly asked to package this by a student from Mexico, who was interested in using python-evdev on the Arduino Yun for a barcode reader project.
