Add compatibility with 8devices NUY

Hi,

This is part of integration of NUY hardware support to Arduino Yun repositories.
This PR adds:

• Support for different GPIO assignments in yun-scripts and avrdude
• Add BOSSA package and related scripts
• Fix bug related to uSD card slot
