Upgrading webpack has broken loading CSS with SSR. This PR fixes the issue by no longer mixing JS and CSS. This creates a minor inconvenience to anyone upgrading this package because now a line of code needs to be added to load the styles separately.
The bump to babel version is to support building on node 14.
