Thanks for wanting to contribute! Docs fixes are definitely welcome. However, we don't currently use pull requests. Can you please file a JIRA on https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OOZIE/ and post a patch? For doc fixes in particular, we've been gathering them as subtasks under https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OOZIE-1881. There are grammatical errors and incomplete sentences on the Oozie Workflow Overview page. I have fixed these. I shall be updating more of the docs pages in the next few days and raising pull requests for each.
