- Upgrade core dependencies: minor upgrades, nothing noteworthy.
- Remove dependency xml-apis (a version override), obsolete because Tika does not depend on xml-apis anymore.
- Upgrade dependencies in lib-xml (used by feed plugin).
- Upgrade test dependencies: MockFtpServer and mockserver-netty.
- Update LICENSE-binary and NOTICE-binary.
