This PR adds CPU/GPU hybrid task scheduling support for the Velox backend.
When cudf and hybrid execution are enabled, fully GPU-compatible stages are assigned a GPU resource profile, while other stages continue to use CPU resources. It also adds configuration options for CPU and GPU resource names and the GPU resource amount per task.
