Resolver API 2.0.22 is mixed with connector, transport, SPI, util, implementation, and provider components at 1.3.1/3.6.0; effective dependency trees and bytecode show removed transform references and unsafe family linkage/convergence. Closure rationale: this dependency-only API bump is marked CLOSED_HIGH_EFFORT/WONT_FIX_LARGE_CHANGE because a safe correction requires coordinated API, SPI, util, implementation, connector, transport, provider, session, distribution, and license migration. The sole failed Docker check was unrelated Ubuntu archive DNS/apt resolution; no tracked Java production or test source changed.
