What this PR adds

A new community plugin: jlc-vertrieb-mittelstand — B2B sales workflows for the German Mittelstand (manufacturing SMEs, 30-250 FTE, DACH region).

Same shape as the official sales/ plugin, but opinionated for a segment the generic plugin does not cover: wave-based cold-outreach (5-10 named accounts per week, not bulk sequencing), trigger-driven lead identification, sniper-account targeting, and a cold-mail tuning pattern that survived contact with real prospects.

Plugin contents

Four skills, skills-only (no commands), all loaded automatically when their triggers appear in conversation:

Why this segment

Most sales tooling assumes a US-style funnel (high-volume sequencing, generic personalization tokens, CRM-first). German manufacturing buyers respond to a different signal mix: regional proximity, named pain with a verifiable source, a clear competence anchor, an unhurried CTA. This plugin encodes the cadence, gates, and tuning rules built across ~4 months of weekly outreach waves into ~60 manufacturing accounts.
