Mark all six driver-consolidation phases and the typed OpenCode SDK follow-up as completed.
The plan now identifies provider-neutral tool lifecycle simulation and semantic UI snapshots as the active protocol work, and records the shipped 1.0.0 through 1.2.0 milestones.
