Code and Data accompanying Morr and Boers, 2024, PRX

This repository contains the code generating all figures in the research article "Detection of Approaching Critical Transitions in Natural Systems Driven by Red Noise" by Andreas Morr and Nikals Boers.

The climate model data analysed in the research article was generated and provided by Peter Hopcroft and Paul Valdes. For the purpose of the analysis, we have processed only the data of those model cells relevant to our research questions and we do not publish the raw data which has undergone this pre-processing.
