chore: remove .cursorrules file

Remove the .cursorrules file as it is no longer needed
in the project. The rules and coding practices defined
within it are either outdated or have been integrated
into other parts of the development workflow. This
cleanup helps in reducing clutter and maintaining
relevant files only.
