chore: remove Trunk configuration files

Remove the Trunk configuration files, including `.gitignore` and
`trunk.yaml`, to clean up the repository. These files are no longer
needed, possibly due to a change in the tooling or build process. This
simplifies the project structure and reduces maintenance overhead for
unused configurations.
