- Add more lists that CT+ benchmarks - Add sizing variants/params - Use snapshot version of JMH to make use of Perf and RAPL - Fine tune data collections. Not yet done results vary in ranking and I'm not yet sure why. Maybe it is the laptop…

This PR provide the basic infrastructure for measuring the energy profiles of Java Collections.
