Current state:

google oauth reverse proxy only supports auth code flow
service accounts are not compatible with auth code flow
thus, service accounts cannot access any services behind the oauth reverse proxy

This PR:

Modifies authentication flow to support both auth code flow AND an access token (for service accounts)


          add access token flow
