1. Align start the Message Suggestion text
2. Remove maxWidth on V3 ButtonGroup story so that the button group can correctly detect overflow

1. When resizing the MessageSuggestionList, all the button's should have their text aligned start
2. Use dev tools to edit the labels in V3 ButtonGroup storybook so that they have no breaks, resize container. Should correctly detect overflow and stack
