New features and bug fixes.

Changes

• Added: Custom uniform random functions (replacing native ones)
• Added: Separate random generator for teleport command (now teleport won't affect "random" command)
• Fixed: Command execution in the middle of a dialog and all related issues
• Fixed: Terminal hacking abuse (attempts count is now persistent and won't reset after quiting terminal)
