You can run cloud9-vnc in any of three ways...

Cloud9 Runner

Run > Run With > C9vnc

Runner

The "c9vnc" command

Start the daemon in the background

c9vnc

Start the daemon in the foreground

c9vnc -f

Kill the daemon

c9vnc -k
