This ensures we have a single location for checking steps contained within a QuestStep, which should make it easier to ensure we're doing the checks correctly.

This test is kinda chonky, it takes 2min12sec to run on my computer. Some big quests have a lot of steps!
I'm sure it can be optimized, especially since I keep creating the same-ish swing objects over and over again.
