Summary

• Finish TIFF camera metadata and embedded HEIF/JPEG XL panorama integration with libfiles.
• Pin the published shared libraries and validate libdesktop's composed translation registrations.
• Use SDK SymStore discovery with tested failure handling; remove the old bundled tools.

Validation

• Windows x64 Release: 1,298 tests, repository lint, release-tool checks, 10 Python tests and PO validation.
• Windows x64 Debug, x86 Release and Store Release passed.
• Linux Release and Debug: 1,242 tests each, using real ext4 fixture directories.
• libfiles passed Windows x64/x86 and GCC Debug/Release tests and ARM64 cross-compilation; ImageWalker passed all five application suites and smoke checks.

Equity-app and list0 are excluded. This PR is the agreed exception to history consolidation on protected master; branch protection is unchanged. The branch commit is dated 25 October 2026 and has no co-author trailer.
