Test Release

This release includes changes required for the pull request.
Important! Some things have changed. Please read the README.md carefully to ensure that you setup your system correctly. Especially the definition of the bridge, player and bridge has changed!
An other important change is the implementation of the favorite channels to each player and group. So activation should be easier now. Please let me know if this is a good solution. On this release the channels are kept at the bridge so that the binding is downward compatible.
Maybe the channels will be removed later if this is considered as good feature.
