OpenOCD Integration

What is the feature you'd like to have?
Adding OpenOCD support to debug hardware directly would be a really cool feature to add. I have talked to at least one user who is really wanting it, and I agree with him: especially if we can integrate the MCP server to allow more direct AI analysis of hardware.

I've purchased an STM32 and a Raspberry Pi Debug Board to use it myself and see if I can get this working well.

I have done the initial code and as far as I've been able to test it launches. Still waiting on the hardware: a local target can basically only launch and then do nothing else. However, since this inherits from the GDB RSP, I am pretty confident it will work out of the box.
