This pull request adds support for team-colored cloak tinting to the invis material proxy, in a similar vein to the deprecated spy_invis material proxy.

Additionally, this also adds support for viewmodel cloak tinting. This is controlled by tf_viewmodel_cloak_tint; default value is 0.

Additionally supports viewmodels, controlled by tf_viewmodel_cloak_tint (0 by default)
