Description
Ever since Jungle Inferno released in 2017, the Gas Passer had a bug where gas could give players the gas condition even in spawn rooms. This PR aims to fix it. The gas effect will still pass through spawn rooms, but will not collide with players in the spawn room.
Should be merged with #1334
