This software is developed as a part of the VAMDC consortium collaboration. Its goal is to create an excel sheet output from the VAMDC species database.
This software relies on the project ExcelWriter
Simply run the main function contained into the SpeciedDBToExcelConverter class, by providing as a call argument the url of the species DB service (http://species.vamdc.org/species_database/v1/species). This will create a timestamped excel file, containing all the species of the SpeciesDB.
This provide a quick way for checking and crossmatching the content of the VAMDC database
