Replaces the fused category+hook subhead with a one-job hook — "Specs your agents will follow & tests they can't fake." — and moves the category label ("Spec-driven test enforcement for coding agents, named for RFC 2119") to its own identity line below. README-scoped verdicts re-reviewed fresh-context and re-recorded in this diff.
