Frontend timeouts now have a dedicated
EtsIrGenerationTimeoutException, and callers can request removal of partial EtsIR output after failure, timeout, or interruption. Both the PBT pipeline and Calls experiments can use this lifecycle API without parsing exception messages or leaving failed output behind. The existing
generateEtsIRoverload and its default diagnostic retention remain compatible. Successful output remains owned by the caller. Test frontend scripts identify the output argument even when logging adds-v.Extracted from the PBT implementation as shared JacoDB infrastructure; targets
neodirectly and is independent of #366. No experiment or PBT-specific code is included.Validation on this branch:
:jacodb-ets:test --tests org.jacodb.ets.test.EtsIrGenerationTestpassed all 5 tests (success, default failure retention, opt-in failure cleanup, typed timeout cleanup, interruption cleanup);git diff --checkpassed. Local tests used JDK 21 and Node. This does not claim published dependency resolution or a complete experiment run.
