Ubiquity Robotics Customer Issues Repository

This repository is public issue tracker for all Ubiquity Robotics products.

It is not a source-code repository. Use it to report bugs, request features, and share product feedback. Our team reviews every issue and tracks work on our project board.

What belongs here

Open an issue if you want to:

• Report a bug or unexpected behavior.
• Request a feature or improvement.
• Flag a gap in product behavior or documentation.
• Share reproducible feedback that other customers can read and follow.

What does not belong here

Do NOT use this repository for:

• Account, or product billing questions.
• Password resets, access problems, or personal data requests.
• Questions that include private customer data, credentials, API keys, or screenshots with sensitive information.

How to open an issue

1. Sign in to GitHub.
2. Open a new issue (Issues -> New Issue).
3. Choose the proper template (Bug, Feature Request, or Other).
4. Fill in the issue.
5. Submit.

Guidelines

• One problem or request per issue.
• Name the product.
• Include steps to reproduce, expected result, and actual result for bugs.
• Search existing issues before opening a new one. Comment on an existing thread if it already covers your case.
• Be specific and civil. This tracker is public.
• Never paste password, tokens, or other private customer data.
