Update endpoints-under-single-rouute

Updated the endpoints under route
/events/ to /events/coursebook/
/astra/ to /events/astra/
/mazevo/ to /events/mazevo/

Hi @Chesblaw, thank you for the effort, but there are a couple issues:

• What I'm really looking for is that you move all the controller functions into the same file controllers/events.go and all the routes into routes/events.go, not just renaming of the endpoints.

• The build fails in your PR so you may wanna double-check your work.

Hey yea I'll open PR but i lefted the utils, evaluation, storage there is no route for them

@Chesblaw , You should only group the events routes, leaving out everything else.
