@TiarkRompf This PR contains the latest version of f_sub_trans (explicit transitive closure lookup) and the latest version of f_sub_self_nat (cyclic references with natural numbers).

PS: The examples include loop and factorial. They are type-checked, but the operational semantics of fixpoint still needs to be done. I plan to complete them for the OOPSLA submission.

The other versions have self references, too, so better to call this f_sub_cycles_nat and talk about cyclic references. Readme should include link to paper (once done).

f_sub_trans has been updated, so this PR only needs to merge f_sub_self_nat.
